Well! My laptop seems to be about as stable as most jilted exes when attached to a monitor and run as a desktop. (video card instability, I think)
This is one of those moments I'm happy to be on a Mac and have a spare. Booted the laptop into Firewire disk mode, booted the iMac off the laptop. Back in business after one reboot and a quick monitor calibration. Really glad I have two backups of my drive as well, in case of melting. |
