Wow. Had some amazing responses today!

+ About 1500 emails for postcards and to be added to my t-shirt mailing list.

+ 193 comments on a thread to name Indie Rock Pete's band - some with up to 20 names!

I don't normally get even 1% this much feedback in a day. Feels good.

Thanks for replying to my email... (i'm sarahmck, the one who felt slightly bad about asking for free stuff). It made me feel all special, like, wow, arrr stevens typed stuff to me today.

it's kind of amazing, it's easy to underestimate the power of emailing people directly. even with the age of your target market. (btw I'm a web analyst, so I'm not just making that up. heh.)
