I think its really funny, but I'd move the bottom text (pun intended) to a place thats easier to read. I didn't see it at first.

Maybe instead of "G.W.B takes a position I agree with" it could be "He takes a position I agree with"

Tweaked for clarity! You were right on "he" and I put the words on black so they stand out better.

But the high point of Bush's presidency, according to him, was a fish.

"Asked by German newspaper Bild to name the 'most wonderful moment' of his presidency, Bush said: 'I don't know, it's hard to characterise the great moments. They've all been busy moments, by the way. I would say the best moment was when I caught a seven and half pound largemouth bass on my lake.'"

I'm with y'all. As if it's not bad enough that the women's volleyball teams have to wear skimpy bikinis while the men get to wear loose, comfortable clothing, we also have to see Bush reinforcing the concept of women as sex objects by ogling them (and looking kinda like he's going to slap one of them)? This might be funny if it weren't for the fact that Bush has a very real history of legislating against women's rights, so that saying you agree with that position sort of comes off as saying you agree with his positions on women's rights in general. If I saw this outside the context of this eljay, I would assume some misogynist frat boy made it.

She actually asked him to slap her ass and he slapped the small of her back with the back of his hand. I blame Bush for a lot of things, but I think he made the right decision there.

I think the double standard is only problem here. If the men's team is ALSO wearing skimpy outfits and getting slapped by the first lady, all is right with the world.

Um, I'm pretty sure the right decision would have been to not slap her anywhere.

And oh God, when we say we want women and men to be equal, we don't mean men should also be demeaned.

and some people are overly sensitive. The world CAN be a sad place, that's why laughter is important, people! geez. Some people complained about me making some Titanic humor awhile back. Oh well, I guess maybe we're allowed to laugh at cream pies in the face (except maybe the targets might be lactose intolerant!), or people slipping on banana peels. Although I can hear someone complain- "Falling isn't funny! People die every day from slipping wet floors!". Just can't win.

My wife is always complaining about the discrepancy in the male and female outfits in this sport, and I'd have to agree (though I'm not complaining).

Bush was in a no win situation here, but you know what ? STILL FUNNY!
